Parmesan Crusted Chicken
There’s a lot of ways to prepare a great chicken meal but this one ranks right up there in my book. So easy but this recipe is world class.
Even if you struggle to cook at all you can certainly prepare this delicious dish.
4 chicken breast
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon thyme
1 egg or ½ cup milk
Spray a baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Put egg in a shallow dish and beat well, or milk in shallow dish. In a second shallow dish put in bread crumbs cheese and thyme, and mix well.
Rinse the chicken with water and pat dry. Cover the chicken in the egg or milk and then in the cheese mixture. Put in the prepared baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes till done.

Hamburger and Potato Casserole
This is super easy and delicious. You can feed a crew or just graze on it yourself for a few days. A great meal for the die hard meat and potatoes person.
1 pound of ground beef
1/3 to ½ of an onion, chopped
1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 to 2 stalks of celery, chopped
1/3 to ½ of a green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 potatoes washed and sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk
1/3 cup of sour cream or plain yoghurt
2 tablespoons ketchup
As you brown the meat in a skillet, chop up the onion, garlic, celery, and green pepper. Add all veggies and Italian seasoning, to meat and cook while you slice potatoes.
Spray your crock pot with non stick cooking spray, layering the potatoes, and meat mixture. (Be sure to salt the potatoes each layer). Read the rest of this entry »
Beer Can Chicken
This is an easy way to cook a chicken in the oven or on the grill. It is easy and moist and delicious.
Start with a whole, thawed chicken. Be sure to wash it inside and out. Clean it out good, then set it up in the corner of the sink to let the water run out.
Mean while get out a tray and the beer can holder if you have one. If not just use the beer can. Open the beer and pour half of it into a glass, (this is for the cook later.) Now get out a good dry rub and put about a teaspoon into the beer can. Put the can into the holder or just put the can in the center of the tray. Read the rest of this entry »
